yes .......I think so :D:D......l believe you know when you have had enough and that's the time to do it when you are ready .......no amount of pressure from others will make you do it if you don't really want to x

My dad hated me smoking ever since he knew I did it, but no amount of guilting or making me smoke outdoors worked - me getting sick of it though.... that works

And as you really want it, that's a huge part of the battle!! x

yes that does work lol......me too.....got fed up of spending the money ,the way everything stinks of it and the muck ......plus started feeling ill.......and all that worked a treat :D x
