As far as I am concerned, whether you're vaping, using lozenges, gum, patches, inhalers or sticking your head in a bucket and baying at the moon (;)) a quit is a quit. There is no right or wrong way.
Whilst lurking in the Month 3 forums, saw your post and just wanted to say congrats !! 3 months smoke free, is an awesome achievement, keep going Paul.
I just realised that thanks to this forum, I have become a non-smoker so knew I should come back and update!
I still haven't smoked, its been 440 days but I still vape. Its become quite a hobby of mine and I love it. Using 3mg/ml juice and I know now that I will never pick up another cigarette. Feels great to say that finally.
I'm sure if Astra Zeneca or Pfizer or Glaxo had developed the E-cig, all the stop smoking clinics would be pushing them, so enjoy vaping Paul, you're not smoking. You're free
Hey Paul. I remember you from starting out : sorry for trudging up old posts just looking through profiles and seeing what happened to people - see you made the penthouse smoke free this past year mate. Great to see it.
