Day 17!

so here i am.. made it to day 17 like i knew i would, i feel great and the thought of wanting a cigarette barely enters my head anymore, the cravings are second to none and the days are flying by, even better i quit cold turkey i have no substitute hangin on by a thread oh no! hope everyone is doing well! i shall pop by day in a few weeks take care and good luck! xx

well done on how far you have come, it may only be early days but believe me ive ended the relationship lol..if i can have my heart broken by a man and survive then i am sure as hell tough enough to get rid of 'the cigerette man' in my life..good riddance to the demon i will not allow such a thing to control me xx
