I'm still hanging on in there! Today has been OK, my mood has been a bit better today. I'm off for a girly night in with a (smoking) friend so hopefully I won't be tempted.... I doubt it though. I don't want to go through this pain again!

Hope you got through the evening ok with your smokin' fiend - oops, friend.
Just remember, that friend will be SO envious of you. I never knew a smoker who didn't want to give up but lacked the courage you found within yourself right now.
