Just read about your mum, Lindy. So sorry to hear about her accident. It is such a worry isn't it? I hope she makes a full recovery and all falls into place re her care package.

To have not caved in view of all that pressure (and a bevvy of smoking sisters) shows great will-power and resolve in my opinion and you should indeed be extremely proud of yourself.

I hope you manage to get a quiet-ish day today and (with luck and a following wind) a decent night's kip tonight. I suggest a drink or six.
