Legs are not as sore today so I think the flights have aggravated. Feeling positive about the day ahead and looking forward to completing my first 2 weeks :). Hope everyone is good.

Thanks everyone, after such a positive start I had a very testing day.

My mum had a really bad accident and I had to leave work to rush to the hospital. Unfortunately she has fractured her pelvis and suffers from Osteoporosis, not a good combination Painkillers and rest is all that is required but she pretty frail so its a worry and we now have to look at getting some more frequent home care in place as she lives alone.

Tested to the max with my sisters smoking all around me later tonight and also have to admit my stress levels are pretty high. But I am proud to say I finish the day with my quit intact so I not only feel mentally strong but am
