Hi been a smoker for 18 years and have to stop.... This is the around the 4th time I've tried ! cold turkey for the 1st 4 days now on day 11 and using the clear oral strips.... Big night out on Friday so invested in a e cig ..... Hopefully I will have the strength not to take a drag !
Hopefully reading inspirational threads will keep me going
