Yes well done to you,you must stay strong it's not easy at times,I've not had a fag for nearly 10 months now ,and remember the first week so well ,I still say it's habit ,you have something to eat and have a fag ,it is all in the head ,all you have to do is stay strong ,and positive,good luck
