It's SO true. It feels very much like a particularly evil hangover doesn't it?
But Kat is quite right. It soon passes.

I have done not too bad today, think its better to keep myself busy. I have stopped before for 18months but I had the flu so was really ill anyway so never noticed much of the side effects. I have tried numerous times in the last year to quit but haven't been able to get passed day 1. Feeling quite proud that I will be on day 3 tomorrow
