been doing my shopping at aldi for mths its cheap and convenient so i end up buying lots of extras which normally i wouldnt entertain but quittin smoking elicits an imagined need for comfort through food. After feeling depressed and a right dullard for months i decided to cook some real food, rice and dahl now that is comfort food and am now feeling happy and loved up.. convenience food im afraid is soul-less and just makes me a proper dullard and a lardbutt. ps and it only took 20 mins to cook(dahl&rice). Up go my feet and on comes the telly im so easy to please.aaaahhhhh and not a crave in sight.:cool:Back to college tomorrow im looking forward to being around like minded people and routine again getting covered in paint, camping it up with the fashion students and future Tracy Emins.
