Hey guys,I am still here...helped so much by being on here...had a bit of a mare last night and had a row with OH, but I was being picky, and he was being even more so ! He has never been a smoker and has never had to give up anything so he cannot argue can he !! God I wish I had never started !

But all is not lost because today I am good.

Me and OH are spending a day up the club today with a game of tennis and gym and swim and the best bit...steam and jacuzzi
