Still going - into 10 month

just an update - still going - 9 months down as at new years eve

Christmas period did not bother me too much

Only issues are still with weight gain, despite exercise and diet and a pretty horrible 2 hour appointment recently for a deep clean at the dentist. My mouth has suffered the most out of this smoking/quitting

But still not enough for me to want to start smoking again

Best wishes to everyone just starting out - the first time you go for a whole morning or afternoon without thinking about cigarettes, really brings a smile to your face as you can never imagine it happening - but it does
