Hi there folks!
We are currently on the look out for people who are willing to share their quit story in the media for No Smoking Day 2014 and want to help and inspire other people to stop smoking. We're looking for interesting stories such as: were you prompted to quit smoking after a health scare? Have you replaced smoking with something particularly different? Have you got an interesting quit technique you'd like to share with others? Have you become fitter and healthier since quitting? The list goes on!
We're also looking to find people who have experienced weight gain and been able to deal with it and get it under control and share their tips to inspire others and show that they can do it too.
