How's everyone doing? Alls grand here, today's been easier than yesterday, less nrt required and plenty of productive work done!

Can believe tomorrow is fri, this week has flown in! Out with the inlaws at the weekend, looking forward to it and what makes it better is they're all non smokers just like me

Sounds kinda daunting - but it isn't - you just take it an hour and a day at a time and you cannot fail but get there, so long as you remember the simple rule - never take another puff. Seems hard to believe but as time goes on you'll go days without even thinking about it; you'll be back to 'that same old you' but a happier, healthier, wealthier version. It's within your grasp, go for it!

Seriously sterling Mrs M. Looking forward to your weekend post and you remember NRT is not a fail, I see people post a lot about disappointment at using tools to help. You keep on sucking up that NRT if it is keeping you not smoking. Anything to keep your budding beautiful quit.
