Just had a bit of bad/ shocking news and the thought that came along with it was " I need a cigarette"! First one yet, but just told myself that even if I did have a smoke, the problem would still be there along with the extra I've failed again feeling!

So go take a long walk off a short pier mr cig, your not getting back into my head :mad:
