Missed my 8 month post so....

Whoop whoop, 8 months quit and going from strength to strength, very rarely think about smoking now.

First attempt at quitting too, it was difficult at the start as most people don't quit on their first attempt, so all you first time quitters take note - it can be done, with grit and determination.

I hope all my fellow quitters are still going strong.

Great to hear from you Jane, and great to see you're still doing so well:)

Maybe another benefit of this marvellous forum is that it alerts first time quitters to the many pitfalls waiting to trap them. Looks like you've managed to dodge them with ease:)
