Hi icba,its the weekends I dread the most tbh...the socialising and spare time.But I got through last w-end and I m determined to do the same this one.

Hello icba, we'll see you on the other side of week 2 (you know the one farther from Day 1).

I think my body is getting ready for the weekend and wants to smoke. I've been having cravings all day, worse than pretty much the whole week. It's not that undeniable compulsive crave, but I should probably stay away from the drink tonight just in case it turns into that.
