Welcome 2 month 2!
It gets easier I promise - had a few moments where i struggled but i think you will enjoy some real moments of self control, freedom and exhilaration - make yourself comfy in month 2 room and enjoy!
The funny thing is, I actually get quite a good feeling now from the urges and then laughing when I get past them (which is getting easier as the urges are less often and last for a fraction of the time they used to). I went out on Friday with a friend of mine who social smokes (is there anything more depressing?) and he proceeded to smoke all night and at one point left a ciggie in the ashtrya when he went for a loo break. I'd be lying if I didn't get an urge to pick it up but this lasted all of 2 seconds and wasn't very strong and I must admit to feeling bloomin great afterwards!. I agree, this forum is great for hearing peoples wins against the nicotine monster, this is my big thumbs up for everyone who makes the choice to give up, just making that choice is liberating and marvelous, enjoy it folks
