Fanks!
Quickly logged on before work. Thanks everyone, Kat I love your 'wave'.
Can't shift this 'lost' feeling which is something I struggled with early in my quit.
Hey, maybe I have Tennis withdrawal symtoms!!
Thank you again

Congratulations Fi, soon have to get a room ready for you in the penthouse.
Hi Fi, congrats on 10 months, be very very proud.
I've too reached the 10 month mark, and really strange but all of a sudden i have got that lost feeling and am thinking about smoking alot, could it be this lovely weather we are having? as we know sunshine is a trigger for many of us.
I think you are at the stage like myself where you are strong enough to get through this but it ain't fun is it.
As you've said before i think we are of similar age so we have smoked for the majority of our life, and i think the smoker thoughts are gona remain for a long time if not for ever
Still on a positive note we have come through the worst of it, and its easy peasy now compared with the start of our quits.
Well done again Fi and hang in there the penthouse is in sight

You know Netti, I am proud, proud of you too Hearing and reading others having the exact same thoughts kinda helps, I know I'm not alone. Why 10 months down the line tho. The lost feeling is strong, (Max mentioned a gut feeling, that's an awful feeling) but for me its tight feeling in my throat, it's makes me almost panicky and is definitely non smoking related as I have been having thoughts of cigs recently. Why, why have these thoughts of Mr Silky Cut rear their ugly head.
I have never, ever been complacent in this quit, I've always, always, just felt different, and by god I have no intention of ever lighting up again. NOPE

Congrats Fi,as that 1 year draws closer
Another wave for you
freesmileys.org/smileys/smi...
That lost feeling..yes.Like a sort of pining in the pit of the stomach isn't it.But remember-we are the Gold winners here we quitters.....-met so many smokers lately either sucking on Ecigs or sucking on ECig AND ordinary fags.We will NOT NOT NOT be beaten on this, cigarettes can DO ONE and never again rule our lives,be determined on that and without a shadow of doubt! X
Max
Love my waves:). The support on here is amazing, and I've researched the Forum and have found that lots of others can experience overwhelming thoughts of smoking way down the line. I NEVER expected it to happen to me, how wrong was I!!

Congratulations Fi, soon have to get a room ready for you in the penthouse.
