Wowee! I approx 2 hrs I will have completed 9 full days and be on my 10th.

Man it has been hard! But I've got here. I am now cold turkey with the ecig when I'm having a drink. This seemed to work last time so I'm going to keep on going with that.

Hope everyone else is well and I will keep updated with my daily dealings.

Thanks guys! I suppose the old downside at the moment is that I've put on 3 pounds in the last 14 days! I am now trying to control this but eating more healthier! Here's hoping I can control both.

I think many of us put on weight during the first few weeks of our quits. I'm personally trying not to worry too much about that at this stage as I don't want to deprive myself of food treats until after I have got past the 12 week mark.

Hey smoke free buddies!!

Today was a real test!! Work was long and stressful, the usual recepie for a wee vodka and a few fags!! But today I managed to refrain. I am however still having a vodka, never managed that much lol. Using my ecig tonight! Working like a dream! 2nd time round is actually happening!
