It has been a while .... Funny how time slips away ... As someone far more talented than I once wrote. A heartfelt congratulations to you all who are doing so well. I have not smoked since that day in January and am the better for it. Full stop on that sentence. To anyone contemplating quitting, seriously do it. The satisfaction down the road, which may seem so far.... , is totally worth any initial discomfort. trust in yourself, be good to yourself , believe anything is possible, there is life ( and it really is so much richer ) outside of sticking a death stick in your gob...
