Still not smoking.... still thinking about it all of the time. Looking forward to the day I don't. Even though I know this will be good for me - it still feels like torture at times. Just a mental torture. No worries - I am not thinking about going out to buy a pack of cigs... I am just saying I am not doing back flips of joy yet. Soon....

There is a wonderful moment of revelation coming soon where you suddenly realise that for the last hour you didn't think of smoking once that feeling grows and it is awesome to behold,do not give in!!

Well done Mel! It wasn't too long ago that I was also looking forward to the day when I didn't think about smoking constantly. It seemed to just creep up on me really and it won't be long for you.

For a while I wondered if I'd be able to survive without being on this forum for longer than ten minutes, but it's happened! While I enjoy being on here anyway, I don't feel the sense if urgency I did before. It's a great feeling! X
