Hey guys,

Hope everybody is keeping well and staying strong, hitting the 5 week smoke free mark today. As I have said in previous posts I have made it to the 4 week mark a few times in the past but today offically is the longest I have ever gone without a smoke.

Feeling great and excited to be moving into new and unknown territory.
