That makes 10. 5/6 of the way to the penthouse. Starting to feel like Christmas morning. Way to go everyone choosing not to smoke today!

Well done Viking! I bet it feels great
Hi Viking, I knew you'd be here today. 10 months for June quitters
Well done Vike, Una and all the other June quitters. Looking forward to welcoming you into the penthouse. Not long now
Cracking job, well done Vike
Great achievement brother. Not much more to add really apart from keeping going.
Thanks Aitch, I'm glad to say I don't miss it now
Good to see you here Una! Congrats! Thanks for the kind words everyone!
I'll snipe this thread, save starting a new one.
Firstly well done The Viking - Top Work Fella!
and Secondly - That's 10 months up for me today. Have to say I am pretty damn chuffed with myself as well. Also started some gentle (walking for now) exercise. Wonders will never cease!
WTG Esso! Glad to have you here with us still! We are all doing so well! Next two monthiversarys, I'll make sure to make them June threads, no sniping required! Good to see you are starting to get the move on towards being fit. I have been gung ho since September, with many a setback, and many a falter, but I keep pushing forward. I have found that exercising helps reinforce the non smoking lifestyle, as I can keep telling myself that one smoke will be the start of a path to hard breathing, weight gain and lazy attitude towards life. Less that two months to go. I am going to start sending out invitations to the party, the penthouse won't know what hit them.
Hi Sue, long time no see. How are you doing?
Hi Sue,
Sorry about your slip but the main thing is you are back with us. How far along are you? I'm trying to change my life since I came back from NZ. I joined a meet up group of oldies and go out to cocktail bars. That's better than staying home talking to myself every day. I go outside with the smokers and it doesn't bother me
Hugs Una xx
