1 Year Done and Dusted

A VERY, VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL. Well, it has come and gone :cool: I have reached the 1 year, target. I am now into my 13th month :D.

Along the way, there have been many ups and downs, surprisingly, more towards the latter stages of my quit than at the beginning.

To newcomers, DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELVES TO BECOME COMPLACENT. :eek:

That is the most dangerous time. ALWAYS, ALWAYS be on your guard against the sneaky tricks which the Old Nic can throw at you.

Take advantage of this Forum, it will prove to be a wonderful lifeline in the success of your quit.
