Into week 2

Hi all,

I posted on here last week for the 1st time on what was day 3.

Just thought I would update to say its now day 8 and I am still off the cigarettes.

I was hoping to post or be on the forum more, but work and study means I dont have much spare time

The champix is still helping - to my mind, it halves the difficulty I have felt with prevous quit attempts. Its still not easy but more bearable.

My husband is still smoking but less than previously - think he misses his smoking buddy. He still says he will join me when he finally gets to see a smoking advisor at his GP.

Hope everyone's week goes well and we all think less and less about the fags and more and more about our smoke free future.
