Day 15, almost loosing count now. Had a good day, although was out at a pavement cafe in the lovely Spanish sunshine surrounded by smokers, this morning thought it might bother me, did for a few minutes then I began to pity them all, they are still trapped letting their lives be ruled by the demon nicotine, how thrilled I felt when I realised I had escaped. I am free
