Just thought I would pop in to say its nearly twelve months now since i quit and I know there are other July 07 quitters who are still fag free.
To everyone - regardless of where you are in your quit - just to let you know that is is soooooooooo worth it!! After 25 years of fag slavery I am free and lovin it!! It is the best feeling in the world!!!
Life is just so brilliant without cigarettes, keep going, you WILL get there. I'm off to pack me bags ready to move in and join Jim and the others 1 year+ room in 9 days time!!
Take care all x

Cosmos - I know I'm not premature, the difference with this final quit is that my mindset had changed and not only do I not miss fags, I positively hate them.
A combination of postive attitude, re-progamming my mind and oh yes a very helpful drug for the first three months and of course the help and support I got here.
I havent posted in a while because quite frankly smoking stopped featuring in my thoughts all the time.
To anyone who is still unsure - dont be - I never imagined it would feel so great!!!
Him indoors is a month behind me too - if we can do it anyone can!!
Sorry I missed you Yesterday well bloody done you. Give that man of yours my best also you are both missed but im soooooooooooo glad your doing fab. Linda xxxxxxxx
