Here I am we'll into day 11 and feeling happy and positive. Soon be two weeks now. Cravings manageable, still there but not so intense. This week I have been out socialising a lot and as I live in Spain been outside with my smoking friends and not been at all tempted to light up. Realise now I can still enjoy my life without the need to smoke. Even had some stress this last couple of days which normally would have sent me straight out for ciggies, but I just reminded myself that smoking would not change the reason for my stress, in fact it would just add to. Good luck to everyone else on here who are determined to quit.
