Thanks so much for the congrats!! I can seriously say I wouldn't be here without this forum and Wowser I actually love being a non smoker!! Sometimes just sometimes I forget that I am if you see what I mean!? It just feels normal not to smoke! Like three hours on the motorway not moving the other morning - the guy in the car in front must have smoked 15 or so!? I didn't even have a craving! Was so chuffed!!

But then other days like today when things don't go how you planned blimey its not quite so easy!!

But generally I am thrilled! No going back for me now will keep soldiering on. Ruddy love this room I feel like I belong here!!
