Well im off the Chimpix cant belive its been 3 months on them. still not smoking and feeling really good. hope u all had a good xmas and new year and all smoke free.. well ive not had a really good start to the new year, washing machine broke, car broke down, and the cats been ill, and have been very stressed. But i still did not smoke, i could of got a packet of fags but then i thought to my self what the hell am i thinking about.. 2 of the girls i work with have packed up smoking which i am giving them all the support they need. so my last day of a cig was NOVEMBER 8TH. sorry i havent been o

yes i did complete the full 12 wk of chimpix its the best ive ever done. its does get better no i did not cut down i just stoped.. so keep going.. Tres xx
