Thanks both

Lostie - it hasn't been as difficult as I anticipated, there has been cravings, but nothing I couldn't deal with, there has also been constant thinking about cigs and lots of habits to break, which have been doable, but on the whole pretty good so far. I will not become complacent though and I know this is a lifelong commitment but I am sure it will become easier:D

Well done Jane, it does get easier

You seem calm, focussed and realistic, all the hallmarks of a long term winner.

NOPE. Not One Puff Ever (again).

Follow that, no matter how tough times get, and you'll never be dragged back into the habit again. :D
