I make it day 117 today (I write the numbers in my quit journal which makes it easy!)... that makes it nearly 17 weeks which is not quite 4 calendar months.

4 Calendar months complete on Monday - so that will put us into the 5th month, the 4th is almost done already

Well done to us!!

(and this week - especially well done to you! Nicotine free... congratulations!)

Im on day 90 today - so almost 3 months quit and moving into my fourth - its a great feeling to look back over your shoulder and see what has been achieved!
