Feel so Ill

Im on day 18 thums up to me yay.

But last night I come down with cold n flu like symptoms slept for 13 hours but I don't know if this is due to me quitting as I've already had the winter flu before Xmas or if my immune system is low that it's effecting me worse, any idea guys.

Oh I'm sorry you're feeling rotten Becky!!

There are some nasty things going around at the minute, and I got a chest infection not long after I quit - think that's pretty common.

There are so many lurgies going around at the moment!! Even the strongest are being hit with colds and flu!! In addition your body is clearing out the smoking debris, so you probably have a regular cold with a little added extra!

Am sure if you still smoked then it would make you feel worse - can remember coughing and wincing my way through a fag lots of times when I felt rotten :eek:
