Hi all - it has been a long time since I posted and I am not sure where the rest of my team are but I am happy to report that I am still smoke free 5 years on . My overall advice really is never to take another puff. I do not think nor have an urge to light up and it has been that way for the last few years. I thought I would post my update to give newcomers a positive insight into the forum's role into my quit. For those about to quit or in the early stages, remember that a lot of your doubt is based on fear, trust me, you should not be scared! Understand your addiction and the rest will unravel in time.

Fantastic, five years -that's inspirational, and speaking of which I hope you answer the question janeissane has posed. It may help those of us looking at the backsides of those further up the mountain than us, and thinking if they can do it so can I.
