I have also reached Week 3 and am only able to post this morning!

I have been reading all your posts since the beginning of January but more so since my quit. I think everyone is doing brilliantly and I am pleased to be finally able to join in.

Along with my boyfriend, this forum has been a great support tool for me. I usually log on at night when I am reflecting on how hard/easy the day has been and it has been so good to see how others are feeling and coping with their quit.

Lets hope we can all keep going...

I was also late at being able to post, but like you this forum got me through the first week. There were times when I was ready to burst with frustration, sadness, anger, all the emotions we go through (!) and this forum was a god-send.

Welcome to a fellow Irish woman; I'm from Dublin but have been in London for hmmmmmmm, 15 years now!!
