Yaaay. You get so many benefits like this. My biggest improvement was in the horrible crepey skin I had round my neck, in the brightness of my skin on face and losing dark circles under my eyes- not to mention the lack of smell on hair and fingers. Then there's the money....

My hands definately feel A LOT warmer, I've actually been getting like pins and needles in them which is unusual for me. Not felt my feet warmer as yet! Maybe that takes a while longer!

I've definately saved a lot of money even though I'm only on day 4. 20. Malbrough lights were £8 per day. But every day going to the shop I'd spend like twenty quid(including the fags) but just on crap I didn't need!!!!!

It's weird, but my toes felt "funny" when I quit!!

Have always had warm hands, but I got pins and needles and really warm feelings in my toes, it felt really strange!

I used to smoke Marlboro lights too Sarah, almost £8 a day on the flipping things but they were the cheapest I could smoke - cheaper ones tasted disgusting even when I liked smoking. What a waste of money :eek:
