GOOOOO On Fluff!
wooooo
It's great to see you doing so well and encouraging the other new quitters around you.
Well done all
Take care
Greg
Well done on day 3. You're sounding really positive - nice one.
Thanks Greg,
I cant believe how positive i feel right now! i honestly think it's this site, it helps you realise you are not alone in your determination to quit
I'm off to work later, 4 til 10 then sleep-in & looking forward to enjoying my shift without trying to fit in smoke breaks....i'm sure the people i help support will benefit as well....i know my boss will be pleased he hates the filthy habit haha
Have a great day
take care

Hey Trudi
What a lift, great positivity, keep that up and it will be a breeze.
Your job sounds familiar, my wife is in the health care sector and does a similar shift to what you just described, except she gets collared every week for a late-sleep-in-early. So I haven't seen her since yesterday afternoon.
Keep on the straight and narrow
Don
Thanks Biggrin & Don
Yeh, i'm a Support Worker with people who have various special needs & love it.
This is a funny old road we're travelling but we'll never be alone hey?
Have a great day
Seriously loving the optimism Trudy...
It really helps to stay positive, but must say last time i tried to quit i weren't in the rite frame of mind, that was 3 yrs ago! This site really helps, so supportive.
Good luck
Trudy
Well done, sounds like you really want this
I'm on day 3 too & want this to be my final time of stopping the evil sticks!!

Hi Denise64, thats how i feel, have had some half-hearted attempts in the past & made excuses to continue smoking, all the time feeling guilty for doing it! felt like i was on a roller-coaster that i couldn't get off.
This time i am determined to succeed & am feeling quite positive at the moment
Lots of luck
Trudy
