I am new here and I am on day 6. I don't feel like I am craving at all. I really don't want a cig but I am feeling anxious. Will something like kalms help? I have tried breathing exercises but it's not working. :confused:

I found a great app on itunes. Conquering anxiety. I find it works really well. Kalms didn't work for me but Rescue Remedy is quite good
Hi littlepixie, I'm only nearly 24hrs in & feel fine at mo but when i feel anxious i shut myself away in my room, put on some relaxing music & what ever i'm anxious about i imagine it tied to a kite/balloon string & floating further & further away from me....once you get your concentration trained (after couple tries) it helps, give it a go it works for me anyway.

Thanks guys! I am finding the support really good. A friend told me to try stressless (bit like calms) had some now and feeling really good! Its totally taken the edge off!
Think I will look at a download for a longer term solution
