Hi, I'm on hour 2 lol..tried so many times to give up but failed. Went to see "Stop Smoking Nurse" this time, she's an ex smoker which helps. Planned it couple of weeks ago, started wearing the patches couple days ago & as planned when i finished the pack that was me done! Hoping this site will help me keep on track. Well done to you, we've made the right decision Trudy

Keep posting, there is lots of support on the forum. Got me through some difficult times, still not smoking and am on day 8. Wow dont know what I would have done without this forum and pinball sweets from Tescos lol they are marvellous.

That griping knawing wanting of a cigarrette has eased today - now I can breathe again.

Fluff - you can do it just keep going and putting one foot infront of the other. When the demons come out telling you its ok to just have one puff - they are lying - do not believe them - come on here and tell us.
