110 days

I'm nearly at 4 months.... counted my weeks and then my days only to realise that 110 sounded good so i thought i'd share it with you super folks.

Its getting a bit tricky in these days of merriment and with everyone around seeming to like the stinky sticks and the enhanced social situations. Saying that its not that tricky and i'm not gonna light up and waste all these fagfree days on sucking something that would make my mouth feel rancid and attain that awful dizzy feeling that you get.... you know the one... its hideous.

Smoking 'just that one' when i've remembered it from previous times, also makes the sides of your tongue feelrough and taste really bad.... that one always led onto more.

Be strong people, Christmas is here to test you, but your all winners and you'll not let that bother you.... i'm impressed with each and every one of you at every stage in your quit!!! I really mean that too.

Your absolutely right we cant go back netti!

We're superstars and we'll rock this Christmas being unsmelly and being able to taste our dinner better.....

the food.... ooooh the foood.... now i'll worry about that afterwards LOL!!!!

It does all taste so yummy though....

Went to the theatre last night and past the smokers on the exit... big foul nasty fogs of fumes... twas yuksome indeed!

Well done Zozie, you have done extremely well and I dont think you will suffer too much over the festive period, you are already on your guard.

(sounds like a dickens novel...think it was the "twas yuksome indeed" that did it Zozie :))

It's so good to see more success stories, really inspires all of us that follow on.

You can't go back or turn round now anyway......can't you feel all of our beady eyes watching your every move?!?
