Well guys tomorrows thread should be saying that's me been a week off the cigarettes.

A few VERY hairy moments and unbelievable cravings taking me off my feet but I have got there and feel strong for it.

Hi Don, much the same as day 5 to be honest for me! Except I didn't have such leg buckling cravings on waking this morning. Came about 10am instead! However, it's getting a feeling of increasing "momentum" every day that passes. Just have watch out for the triggers and focus on getting through the day mate.
