Well made it again and on to day 4 - feel great this morning with no major cravings from yesterday afternoon when I felt awful....

Great stuff! The first 3 days are the worst (in my opinion) and now they are over and done with. Keep going and the days soon turn into weeks and then months

Never doubted ya for a second dude, but pleased to see you all the same.

I have had a hard day mate. I've been hard on the people I love. Always happens. I know what's going on. I look for a fight, find one, then use it as an excuse to smoke again and blame it on the other (innocent) party.

It's really easy to see this time, and I've explained this to them so they were prepared and didn't engage (much...enough that the Mrs nearly kicked me out however...!) An expensive trip to "Christmas Decco World" sorted that out but I can't afford that every day hahah!

Anyway I'm having an early night and hope for a better day tomorrow. One day at a time mate fight the good fight.

This is textbook me....that's how I have been behaving especially on Thursday night but never mentioned - I had a major blow out with her and was all about me picking he argument over something I shouldn't of.

Hope your cool geeze?? You have done mega well not to give in today mega proud of you...your situation would of pushed the vast majority over the edge so to say you have done well is a understatement.

Get your head down early and catch up with you tomorrow on day 5.
