I've hit the wall.

I feel like poo, craving like mad.

Ate my dinner and wanted one. Fell asleep for 15 minutes and still want one.

Off to the gym to see if some exercise will shift the cravings and possibly via tesco for a mammoth tub of pick n mix.

Is this another stage ending?

Fore you are now at the point me and icanbreath were at wednesday, I wont lie to you , this one is a little sod!! lol ...have a shout a scream, even sit down and have a good cry it DOES actually do some good, I had hit the bottom Wednesday so had Icanbreath, but hay.... what happens when you hit the bottom?? You have to bounce up...cos there is nowhere else to go :D

You hang in there girlie ride this one out and trust me you will hit an all time high for it - Im on top of the world.right now ...better than I have felt all the way though...so I now know, this WILL get easier, as after each pig of a craviing gets less and less the better I feel.

once you get out of this one you will look back and think OMG what I was I like.. how silly and laughed at myself... or more the cravings for failing to break me!

You go girl, cos by 7pm you will be laughing :D

Thanks, this is probably the worst one so far and short as you and I can have got through it, I'm bloody determined to.

Feel a little better after sweating it out at the gym. But how can I describe it, its like a niggly feeling at the pit of your stomach that is the nicotine monster egging you on.

Going to have a bath and put my pjs and dressing gown on. Nice new ones that were bought with my savings to get rid of the nasty smelly things I used to have.

How scummy is that smoking in your night clothes. :(

You must be what, 24 days? My days 23-30 or thereabouts were in some ways worse than my first week, the craves were silly and I posted on here for a bit of help at that point as I felt that bad....then day 30 it all went literally overnight and thankfully has yet to return, but it was confusing at the time....hopefully this will be similar for you....I can tell you that it got massively better around your mark, so wait for it ;)

Stick with it foreverandex.

When you defeat this massive crave you will know that nothing will be able to stop you in future.

Deep breaths as if you were inhaling, but inhale fresh air instead.

Just one thing, is your quit date 2/10/11 or 2/10/12?

Whoops, changed an old signature without looking at it completely. Last fag was midnight on the morning of the 2nd.

So all good today, slept the best in ages and the good news is one of my friends is also in stoptober. Real life is easier now I have someone to moan to.:) As well as support and listen to them moan.:)

Dreaded day 24

Well done for getting through it fore. Uncanny that we all had a bad day at the same point in our quit. Not that bad really and we all came through unscathed.

All new quiters - keep busy on day 24 - its a little test but feels great when you have kicked its ass!
