So far so good....

So coming up for 70 hours now and not too bad at the moment.

Aside from a few puffs on my e-cig and some irritation towards my poor colleagues and missus all is well.

It always astounds me how giving up smoking can turn the most mild mannered person into an Angry Anderson over the smallest little thing!

I'm very nervous about a long road trip and overnight stay I have coming up as I will be alone and bored a lot of the time and in the past this trip has caused me to slip up. I'm desperate to beat it this time and will take my e-cig along as I never have before and think subconsciously probably used it as an excuse to start again.

Thanks for being here everyone you are so supportive and inspire me everyday!

Your feelings are going to be all over the place which can get you thinking

Wtf  where did that come from it would be very handy if they made signs you could wear warning people to steer clear

They will settle down honest

Taking the ecig with you will be a help at least you know its there if you need it

Try to keep a positive mindset and keep saying

" I AM NOT GOING TO SMOKE TODAY"

And when your feeling desperate come on here read and post those pesky cravings do get weaker

Onwards and upwards is the way to go
