A year and a bit....

Just got back from mostly sunny Turkey...hit my one year over there...definitely felt weird not suffering at the airport or on the plane!! Had a few new craves but they were batted away quite easily!!!

It was a bit of a rough ride for the first 6 months (OH still smokes) but has been worth it despite the weight gain (3 stone-ish) and the feeling blue for weeks on end.

Don't give up giving up!!!

Well done felloow october quitter. me too increased in volume. the blues went in the end, but they come and go with me anyway. nowadays i dont use a smokescreen to handle them .. very well done.
