can those of you who have passed the three months confirm if you went through the following symptoms?
1. Get stressed VERY easily
2. Very emotional
3. Every little thing is getting to me..
4. Just wanna cry
When looking at all the things that are affecting me as an outsider, this would not normally happen. I am losing it at work etc.. and i can only put it down to the fact that this month is hell

Yes to all of these. Was so bad I'm on anti-depressants. First lot made me even worse so I started some different pills yesterday and feel lots better.
I had these a bit earlier in my quit, still have numbers 1 & 3 at times but it's hard to tell if that's part of my quit or just life getting on top of me (my job's giving me a lot of grief at the moment).... everyone's quit's different so it's hard to pinpoint it..
I have read in many different places (on this forum in old posts and in other smoking cessation websites etc) that month 3 can be very challenging. I am just over 8 weeks (so in third month) and am particularly worried about this. I'll watch this thread with interest to see what others have to say...
I don't think month 3 is any worse than any of the others. You get times when things seem better and other times when you seem to go backwards. It definitely won't be as bad as anything you've had to face before.
I am one proud bunny today.. I reached my 100 day marker yesterday yay..
I do agree to a certain extent that that there will be ups and downs in every month during the quit, however, i do think this month has been particularly tough.
I also beleve that it willl pass and wll soldier on till it does.
I'm sorry that some people have to go on anti depressants, i can truelly sympathise and hope you feel better soon x
Onwards and upwards, l'll keep you posted :o:o:o
Thanks again for all the wonderful support x
