HMS Month Three on Thursday Guys whose with me all are welcome, the more the merrier dont want to go there all by myself might be dark and stuff :eek:

I said to OH before that I am tired of being tired all the time. I fall asleep easily when I get into bed then wake up 2 hours later, wide awake usually after having a very weird dream and then I cant sleep for the rest of the night or at least until 20 mins before the bleeding alarm goes off. He reckons he is the same, but not when I am awake cos he is well snoring his head off.

I dont have time to go running with everything that has to be done in our house at night, but I have been taking the dog for longer walks.

Send up the flair if you are in trouble, I am not saying that I will come racing but might send one of the others to help you out, after all Bev is from Leeds! They have a very good rugby team in Leeds. :eek:

i am getting by on about three hours a night since i stopped i cannot sleep it is f...ing maddening sometimes at least i dont have to listen to anyone snoring or Fa ..t..ng in bed sorry i laughed as i wrote that my ex used to deny that she did that in bed lol err yes she did !!!!

since i stoppped smoking my work load has gone down hahahah its this forum makes me smile people on here are nice ...not you dont get carried away :D only joking you have to be my partner in crime now as Bev and Murph are after us

OH says I do that, but without proof I can only say NO I DONT, I, on the other hand can prove that he steals all the covers and bed as I took a picture the other night cos he doesnt believe me.

I thought I would sleep better now that I am not smoking but then there has been so many symptoms of nic withdrawl I just cant wait till it gets easier.

And when does easier happen !!!! 50 odd days for me cant say its been easy but its been worth it .... what gets me by is that fact that i know i can sing dance get pi**sed eat go loo properley have a bit of the other (very rare i know rocking horse sh*t rare in fact) all the things i did when i smoked and was scared to stop smoking incase i couldn't do the things above ...apart from kip .....aahhhhhhhhsleep my friend not sure who i miss most my ex or sleep ...... i love sleep :rolleyes:

OH doesnt drink at all so he wont be tempted but we are both worried about when I do eventually go out, although none of my mates smoke and you cant smoke in pubs/clubs so I reckon I will prob be o.k. Mind, I never was able to smoke the next day after a skin full so that will be the easy bit.

well i have a great night planned, looking at high schools for my eldest:confused: have to go with her on my own because OH is on call and can't come, and big school always scared me.

can't remember the last time i had a good night out (poor me), would you believe i am going pig racing next weekend and that's the highlight of my year.
