Started Again

Well I have fallen off the wagon once again, this time I lasted 6 months after smoking for 50 years. I just lost the plot altogether, through being diagnosed with scoliosis and in a lot of pain, another excuse was that I had under active thyroid gland. Well I was getting more depressed by the Day and I thought I had something seriously wrong with me, and I was missing the fags.

Well I intend coming back after I have been on my Holly's next Sat and will start with a clean sheet, so hopefully I will get the support I have had before so so long my friends will se you pretty soon I hope xxxxxx

Sorry u have started up again. I have scoliosis had it s me life. The pain is crippling do I no what ur going thru..

And iv also read that giving up smoking makes a thyroid condition worse sumthing in fags keeps it under control. My mums convinced iv got it. I'm having all the symptoms for it. I should of bin tested for it years ago but never did

Thanks Guys for all your support it means a lot to me. I have to get myself sorted and back into determined mode again.

I am now on tablets for the under active thyroid, just waiting for them to kick in. And have got an appointment with a chiropractor for when I come back from our holls.

Soo sorry to hear that Lills

hope the chiro helps i have used them in the past for some probs which they managed to sort out for me

and i have to take medication for the under active thyriod some of the side effects arnt pleasant but they do pass and the tablets do help

If u need any info on ur scoliosis just ask me iv had it since I was 12
