Hello again, Tracey! :) You are not the first, and won't be the last, who needs another go at it!

The important thing is to have learned from your experiences in your "trial" quit and look out for any triggers, know how best to deal with them and also, you know that cravings will pass.

You can do this Tracey......look forward to seeing your progress!

Welcome back Tracey :)

Stop giving yourself a hard time :(, instead take everything you learned from your last quit, put it with the knowledge of what led to falling and you are now an invincible qutting machine. Go get that stinky Nic and show him what you're made of. ;)

best of luck Tracey!

I also have went back after long quits but each time gets better as you learn more and more so try not to give yourself a hard time!

this quit has been the easiest one for me, my boyfriend has also said i am a lot more in control! make this your final quit :)

Thanks one and all

So nice to get back from work and have all the lovely messages. THANKYOU

Kat can't believe you remembered my sister and my eye.

My sister will never be the same but doing well and on the long road to recovery.

Still cross eyed. So a recluse apart from work and kids, seen couple surgeons but reluctant to help.

My son has broke both his arms and lives 200 miles away so back and forth, but realised smoking was not good when with him as it takes to much time.

But am hoping to manage this time .

Lovely messages and thanks to all. Enjoy tonight, you never know what tomorrow brings

Goodness me you are coping with so many challenges as well as quitting smoking!

Well done, what a strong person you are!!

Good luck - this is the one!

Xx

Hi Tracey,

Just wanted to echo what Tangled said. In view of everything you've clearly had to deal with it's no wonder you lost your last quit :(

I hope that life treats you more kindly this time and that your son, at least, makes a full recovery.

Oh- and very nice to meet you by the way. I wasn't here when you were here last. :)

Good luck with your quit Tracy and as the saying goes "Never give up giving up" you'll get there in the end if you keep going at it.

Stay strong :)
